3A
Raceway was formed in 2003 at our first track in Handcross.
The track started off with a few friends who raced R/C cars
but weren't quite satisfied with the standards at the tracks
we raced at. We decided to build our own track and form
an R/C club for like minded people who wanted to race on
the same style track as us.
We
have since moved to a new track in Angmering, West Sussex
which has more space, not just for the track, but also for
car parking and pitting space too. The new track regulations
mean we can have the track open for practice from 10am to
5pm on weekdays exclusively for 3A Club members!
We
still provide a friendly atmosphere for all the family.
Our race days are relaxed and suitable for drivers of any
ability and any age but with the new track we are also able
to hold bigger events such as nationals and who knows maybe
even the Euro’s in the future. So, even if you do
not own an R/C car but are interested, come down on a race
day to watch the racing, speak to like minded people and
get advice and tips on how to get the best from your R/C
car.
Entry
Fees
£10
for 3A club members and £13 for non members for
the first race class. The second race class is charged
at £5 for members and £10 for non members.
At
3A we want to make the experience of running your R/C
a good one. We have made sure that we have the proper
facilities in place.

Meeting Information

open 8am - Practice 9.00am to 9.30am

Time
permitting there are 4 heats and bump up finals. We
use relief marshalling. Drivers are expected to marshal
the race following theirs and stay on their marshall point
until relieved by another marshall.
Membership
3A
Club Membership is for a full 12 months
and costs £40. 3A Membership entitles you to you
discounted
race fees and practice fees.
3A
Raceway is a BRCA affiliated club. Once you have raced
three times at 3A you will need to become a member of
the BRCA to continue racing.
BRCA
membership runs from January to December and is renewable
annually. You will need to apply via 3A which also entitles
you to a small discount. Check
